XGU type suspension clamp 

It is a key power fittings accessory, mainly used for overhead power lines and distribution lines.

It is generally used with line accessories and insulators to hang the conductor or ground wire on the tower arm or substation structure.

 Fix the conductor on the tower or fix the lightning conductor on the tower.

Material and structure:

Usually, there are two materials for the clamp body: 

first, high structural carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, this material can reduce costs and is cost-effective. 

The pin is made of stainless steel.

Second, it is made of cast aluminum with a polished surface, which is lighter than hot-dip galvanized steel.

Both materials have sufficient tensile strength to support the weight of the conductor to the ideal position, 

are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, extend service life, and reduce replacement and maintenance.

Different sizes correspond to different wire diameters, for example, XGU-1 is suitable for 5.0-7.0mm wires, 

XGU-2 is suitable for 7.1-13.0mm wires, and so on, until XGU-7B is suitable for 45.0-48.7mm wires.
