What is Triangle eye bolt ?

This is also a kind of round eye bolt with nut and washer,hot dip galvanized.

Its head is welded and connected, and it is a sealed overlapping circle, as shown in the figure.

It is often used in power systems to connect other accessories (hoops, channel steel, etc.) and play the role of fixing devices; it can also be used to connect lines to play the role of pulling wires and opening.

Structural composition: one-piece main body production, equipped with corresponding nuts and square washers, the following is the thread design, and the thread size can be made according to the actual application.

What is our manufacturing process?

step 1 ---material selection: different materials are used according to the strength level of the bolt. Our main products are carbon steel (Q235, Q275, Q355, etc.).

step 2---spheroidizing (softening) annealing: heat the material to an appropriate temperature and keep it for a certain period of time, and then slowly cool it.

step 3---cold heading: when the metal wire is not heated, use a mold to extrude and deform it with the help of external force to form the head and thread blank diameter of the bolt.

Step 4---Thread processing: Bolt threads are generally cold processed, and the threads are formed through a thread rolling plate (die) to ensure that the plastic flow line of the threaded part is not cut off and enhance the strength of the bolt.

Step 5---Heat treatment: The bolts are subjected to heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching and tempering to improve the hardness, toughness and strength of the bolts.

Finally, hot-dip galvanizing is performed on the surface: first, to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the bolts, and second, to make the bolts beautiful and smooth.
