Specifications:

Steel washers, including square washers, curved washers, and spring washers, are essential accessories used with oval eye bolts, pigtail bolts, thimble eye bolts, hex bolts and nuts, square bolts, and nuts.

The flat square washer, also known as a plate washer, is used on square concrete pole lines to prevent eye bolt drop-off. The curved washer is used on wooden poles, with a curved structure that fits the raised surface of the wooden pole.

Plate washers come in standard sizes of 50*50*3mm, 75*75*6.35mm, and 60*60*4.75mm. However, we can manufacture them according to clients' drawings or requirements.

Both the square washer and the curved washer have a hole in the middle for the thread to pass through. The hole's diameter depends on the eye bolt diameter.

The raw material for the square washer and the curve washer is flat steel cut into the appropriate size. Spring washers are assembled with bolts and nuts to ensure tighter fastening.
