What is M12 eye nut?

M12 Eye Nut ，it is a nut with a ring end and a thread diameter of 12 mm. This nut is often used in applications where a lifting ring or hanging ring is required, such as lifting, hanging equipment, etc. Its role in power lines is to fix the wires, suspend or fix the wires.

1. Like other power fittings, it is forged from steel; it can also be made of stainless steel, but our company only produces products made of carbon steel.

2. Surface treatment: There are electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. Generally, hot-dip galvanizing is more expensive than electro-galvanizing, but hot-dip galvanizing is more durable than electro-galvanizing, has strong corrosion resistance, and has a relatively long outdoor service life. Of course, if you use it indoors or replace it in a short time, you can choose electrogalvanizing to save more costs;

3. Minimum order quantity: For products with the same specifications as ours, any minimum order quantity is fine. If the specifications and sizes are different, a MOQ=2000pcs is required, because molds need to be made. When the minimum order quantity reaches 2000pcs, the mold fee can be offset, and the cost is more cost-effective.

4. Delivery time and packaging: 7-15 days, packed in wooden boxes to prevent collision and friction during transportation and ensure the smooth surface of the product.
