Galvanized steel pipe

Galvanized steel pipes are steel pipes that have been treated with a special coating to prevent corrosion and extend their service life. They are widely used in fire protection, electricity and highways. They are usually made of carbon steel and coated with a layer of zinc to form a protective layer to prevent the steel pipe from reacting with the surrounding environment. There are two types of hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing, but the amount of zinc in electro-galvanizing is very small, only 10-50g/m2, and its own corrosion resistance is much different from that of hot-dip galvanized pipes. Generally speaking, hot-dip galvanizing is more durable, of course, the price is also higher, but we can provide it.

Specifications of steel pipes:

Galvanized steel pipes have a variety of sizes, such as the nominal inner diameter ranging from DN15 (1/2 inch) to DN200 (8 inches), and the corresponding outer diameter and wall thickness are also different. The nominal wall thickness (mm) is usually: 2.0, 2.5, 2.8, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.0, 4.5 and other sizes.

Galvanized steel pipes are widely used in the construction of power systems as basic support rods. They are also widely used in water conservancy systems, so when choosing galvanized steel pipes, you should choose the right size and high quality standards to ensure long-term stable use. Our factory can test the zinc layer and thickness of the products to meet the standards, and can also customize the size to meet the needs of different scenarios.
