Hot-dip galvanized grounding rod 

It is a grounding material widely used in power systems.   The difference between it and copper-plated grounding rod is the surface treatment. The copper-plated grounding rod is electroplated copper, and it is hot-dip galvanized surface treatment. The basic functions are the same. 

By introducing interference current into the earth, the impact of interference on power equipment and control systems is reduced, and the reliability of the power system is improved, thereby ensuring the accurate control and stable operation of the power system.   

Hot-dip galvanized grounding rod, with a pointed head, is easier to insert into the ground and convenient for installation. There are different designs for the upper head to meet different scene applications!The grounding rod should be deep underground, at least 2 meters deep, and multiple grounding rods should be used to improve the grounding effect.

Material: This model is made of carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized for surface treatment, smooth and durable, corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, and relatively cheaper than pure copper or copper-plated.The outer layer is covered with zinc layer by hot-dip galvanizing process, and the thickness of zinc layer is ≥85μm to provide strong metal corrosion resistance.

Size: We support customers to customize the size, head style, and a variety of sizes are available;

Packaging: plastic wrap and pallet, steel belt tightening, the most solid, can also be customized according to customer requirements。

Installation method:

The grounding rod should be driven vertically into the soil. After each grounding rod is driven,

 the grounding resistance value is measured using a geodesic instrument until the requirement is met.

Installation points: The installation location should avoid municipal facilities such as high-voltage cables,

                                weak wires and pipelines, and ensure that the grounding rod is vertically hit into the ground.
