The flat crossarm brace serves the same function as the alley arm brace and angle brace but with a different construction. It is used to connect the electrical crossarm, providing support and stability to the power pole crossarm.
The crossarm brace is made of a single piece of carbon steel without any welded or jointed sections. It comes in lengths of 20, 26, 28, or 32 with a thickness of 1/4''. One end has a 9/16 hole, while the other end has a 7/16 hole.
The raw material for flat crossarm braces is flat steel with an ultimate tensile strength ranging from 410N/mm2 to 560N/mm2. JM Fastener's QC team conducts tests on the raw material before mass production.
The final surface of the crossarm brace is hot dip galvanized in accordance with ISO1461 standards. Before packing, JM Fastene's QC team tests the strength and galvanized thickness of the sample.
