Jinmai offers a comprehensive stay set that includes stay rod, stay bow, stay plate, and thimble. We provide two types of stay sets: stay bow type and turnbuckle type. Additionally, we are able to accommodate any customized stay set requirements.
Our stay bow with thimble is specifically designed for outdoor use in the High Voltage Aerial Bundle Cable (HV ABC) Distribution System. It is made of mild steel and is hot-dip galvanized according to ISO1461 for durability and corrosion resistance. The stay bow with thimble is suitable for use with 2.5MX19MM stay rod up to Grade 700SWG 7/8 stay wire, with a minimum breaking load of 62kn.
All dimensions of our stay bow & thimble are in millimeters with a tolerance of +/- 5%. We ensure that the surface of the stay sets is free from sharp edges and burrs to prevent damage to the HV ABC and minimize the risk of injury to installers or users. When properly assembled, our stay sets provide reliable performance without posing any danger to people or surroundings.
