Specifications:

JM Fastener offers a variety of secondary racks, including different types with varying spool numbers. These racks have a steel U channel as their base, which is securely bolted to utility poles. The U channel features curved slots that allow for the welding of curve racks. Each curve rack has a hole at the end to accommodate a 5/8 stud, which protects the spool insulator during secondary stringing. The sharp ends of the racks are stamped out to prevent any potential injuries to linemen.

The 5/8 stud has a round head and a smooth surface to minimize damage to the spool insulator. It is drilled with a hole at the end for the attachment of a stainless steel cotter pin, ensuring that the stud remains in place. There is a 4-inch space between each pair of insulators.

The secondary racks undergo hot-dip galvanization, adhering to the ASTM-123 standard. This process results in a bright and smooth surface without any ribs or lumps.
